Pack the Product
Pack the Rimgard modules in their original packaging. 

Document the Return
Mark the reason for the return on the packing slip and include it in the package. Alternatively, email info@rimgard.com with your return details, including your name and, if possible, your order number.

Prepare the Outer Box
Place the product box in the outer shipping box it was delivered in. If you no longer have the original box, use another sturdy box. Wrap the product box with bubble wrap or other padding to ensure it doesn’t move inside the outer box.

Use the Return Label
Use the prepaid return label provided, or contact info@rimgard.com to request one.

Drop Off or Schedule Pickup
Drop off the return package at a UPS Service Point or arrange a pickup with UPS.
